We love to offer discounts for people who have a need for our support because of disability, unemployment, students (with no help from parents) or chronic pain conditions that prevent work. We also understand that many livelihoods have been disrupted because of COVID and are happy to help (especially if you have no savings, shares, or regular overseas trips in the last year or so!)
We do ask that you pay as much as you can afford, so we can continue the discount process for those really in need. (We also offer payment plans which you can pay off in weekly or fortnightly instalments over time.)

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based, user-friendly program that brings the principles of mindfulness meditation into everyday life by teaching specific skills and practices to help break cycles of anxiety, stress, unhappiness and exhaustion.
