Day of Mindfulness - refresh your practice
Every three months Openground hosts a Day of Mindfulness, which as well as being an integral part of the MBSR course each term, is also available for past participants. This day of meditation practice provides time and space for "being" rather than "doing" and will refresh your mindfulness skills and strengthen your ongoing practice at home.
Who can register?
If you haven't done the MBSR course yet, have a look at the MBSR page to find a course near you.
Please only register if you are have completed an MSBR, MBCT or MiCBT course or equivalent level of training and practice.
