We love to offer discounts for people who have a need for our support because of disability, unemployment, being a student (with little help from parents) or chronic conditions that prevent work.
In requesting help, please know that MBSR involves 27 hours of live training with a dedicated teacher. We do ask that you pay as much as you can afford, so we can continue the discount process going forward, for all those in need. Thanks for considering this and for completing this form.
