The call for genuine wisdom and grounded presence has never been stronger. Join Timothea Goddard, Australia's pioneering mindfulness teacher and founder of Openground, for an extraordinary year-long journey of discovery and transformation.
Why join this exploration of non-dual mindfulness?
Awareness is basic to how our organism works. It is spontaneously happening all the time. But so often we are highjacked by the contents of our awareness – our chattering thoughts, our strong emotions, and our focus on the outside to provide our happiness. In this series, we will be opening to our innate capacity to rest in awareness – an awareness that is open hearted, clear, honest and deeply restorative.
When we shift out of our conventional way of knowing ourselves – our protective identity – we can step into a powerful gap of fresh, non-conceptual experience. And start living from there, just how we are – able to allow, connect and metabolize all experience and to act in the world with more care and spontaneity.
