Steps in working things through….
Step 1:
Once we receive your complaint, we will be in touch by email and phone to hear more and see if we can find a resolution that is satisfying to you. We have found that most things can be effectively resolved at this point.
Step 2:
If you don’t feel satisfied and want to take it further, we will appoint an independant person to hear your complaint and explore the issue with you and us, and to give advice to suggest how we move forward.
