Theme : Mindfulness = Love
The act of paying attention that is part of mindfulness practice can be known as a kind of love. Seeing and feeling seen, with kindness and gentleness, generates nourishing resources. This hour of easeful movement and meditation is all about resting in just what's here. How loving.
Each week on Sundays, one of our marvellous teachers leads practice and discussion. This session is centred around a theme, and involves a movement practice, some stillness practice and then reflection. It is great way to support your practice through connection with others who value this way of being in the world.
PAYMENT?
- If you have a job, or have other financial resources (eg. are retired with superannuation) then please do register with a payment of $10. Thanks!
If you can't afford to pay for this session, please come for free.
NEW TO MINDFULNESS?
- We are wanting to be inclusive, but the practice groups are not an introduction to mindfulness. If you have some dedicated experience and knowledge of practice you are welcome to join us. Otherwise, it may be better for you to take up the in-depth evidence based programs - especially if you are quite stressed or have anxiety, depression or pain.
