My initial reason for taking the course has been addressed by way of the practices and/or the group enquiry & discussion.
I have learned some tools that are useful to me.
Making time for homework was difficult, but became easier in time.
I was able to uncover and observe my own obstacles /resistance to practice.
I felt free enough to ask questions or share in class.
I learned that meditation is not about chasing away thoughts, or controlling my thoughts, or to have “better” thoughts.
I have enough material and basic instruction with which to continue a personal practice now, if I so choose.
I kept up with daily formal practice (homework) most of the time.
I kept up with the informal practice a few times per day (everyday life, S.T.O.P. breathing space, driving, eating, walking), most of the time. If not, why not?
The content about stress physiology was interesting and informative.
Emotional issues arising during the practice were manageable with the tools I learned in class…or I felt free to contact the instructor.
The Silent Day intensive helped to deepen my practice.
The pace of the course was suitable.
The instructor’s style suited the course material.
The instructor showed respect and concern for the participants.
The venue was satisfactory.
The materials (Audio App and course book) were clear and helpful.
