Mindfulness courses and retreats in N.S.W

New to mindfulness meditation

If you are new to mindfulness then please select an introductory course and join us to develop specific skills and practices to help break cycles of anxiety, stress, unhappiness and exhaustion.

Experience in mindfulness practice

If you have experience in mindfulness either through MBSR or MBCT then you can register in a graduate course and continue your mindfulness journey and sustain and develop your skills.

Mindfulness practice and retreats

If you are have completed an MSBR, MBCT or MiCBT course or equivalent level of training and practice, you are welcome to attend one of our mindfulness retreats and day of mindfulness.
