The importance of practice
As we will be working to change patterns of mind and body that have often been around for a long time, many experiences of mindfulness and letting go will be required.

This will involve you making space in your life for 1 hour each day to practice the mindfulness meditation. Understandably, it can be very difficult to find this amount of time in a life which is already busy.

However the commitment to spend time on homework is an essential part of the course.

The skills and knowledge you will be developing can only be learned through direct experience over time. Your willingness to engage in the practice is central to experiencing the sense of peace and resilience that the programme can offer.

You will be well-supported by the instructor and the structure of the course to engage in the homework practice daily.
