An opportunity to cultivate and refine your personal practice, and to restore, replenish and reflect. Explore the unfolding processes of the body, heart, mind and spirit and how we can find peace and wisdom and so contribute to our own wellbeing and that of others. We will be cultivating all the practices which you were introduced to in the MBSR course including gentle yoga, sitting, walking, eating and daily mindfulness.

The food at Govinda Valley is superb, and the surrounds are spacious, quiet and full of natural wonders.
Arrive: 5pm on Friday the 26th February
Dinner: 6 – 7 pm
Begin practice: 7 pm
Finish: 4pm Sunday 28th February

Timothea Goddard works in private practice as a psychotherapist and educator and is accredited with the Center for Mindfulness, UMass, USA. Since 2004 she has been teaching MBSR and several Practicum programs for health professionals. She is a long time student of yoga and Aikido and practices meditation in the insight tradition. She is the Director of Openground.
Sue Hays
MSc, MClinPsych, MAPS, M. Australian Pain Society, M. Australian Society for Traumatic Stress Studies
Sue Hays is a Clinical Psychologist in private practice who has worked in a variety of mental health and rehabilitation settings over the past twenty years. She has taught MBSR classes in Canberra since 2004 as well as two Practicum programs for health professionals. She has completed the TDI at the CFM, UMass, USA and practices in the insight tradition.
