Ongoing Mindfulness Practice Group

It can be hard to keep up a practice by yourself!

Join fellow MBSR graduates in a regular weekly practice group.

This is self-led group and will involve meeting weekly for an hour's practice together.
The emphasis will be on practice and on providing an ongoing community of support for applying mindfulness in your life.

Please note, this practice group is only for people who have completed an 8 week MBSR program.
