Join fellow MBSR graduates in a regular fortnightly class led by a teacher.
Each class will involve some gentle movement practice, followed by sitting meditation, sharing in pairs and then perhaps comments/questions in the big group. We hope that the (mostly) fortnightly schedule will be regular enough but not too onerous for busy lives. The Day-Long Intensive is also included as part of the schedule.
The emphasis will be on practice and on providing an ongoing community of support for applying mindfulness in your life.
Please note, this practice group is only for people who have completed an 8 week MBSR program.
