The cost of the course is: $450 (including GST)

Fees are due prior to the commencement of the course and payment methods are detailed below.

Our goal is to make the course accessible to those who could benefit, therefore payment plans and/or concession places in the course will be considered on the basis of need.

REFUND POLICY
  Your initial deposit will be refunded if, for any reason, you are not accepted into the programme.
A full refund, will be given if you withdraw prior to commencement of the course.
A 75% refund will be given if you withdraw after the 1st class.
A 50% refund will be given if you withdraw after the 2nd class.
No refund will be given if you withdraw after the 3rd class.
COURSE TRANSFER POLICY
  If you suffer serious life circumstances (eg. serious illness or accident, death in the family) which means that you are unable to attend a course for which you have registered, you may transfer your registration to a subsequent course. To be eligible, please contact Mary to discuss your circumstances as soon as you know that you won't be able to continue in the program. If you withdraw or do not complete the course for other reasons, you may enrol in a subsequent course for a reduced rate of $395.
REPEATING THE PROGRAM
  The course can be repeated as a refresher for a fee of $395.
BRIEF PHONE INTERVIEW WITH TEACHER
  Once you have registered, the teacher of your course will phone you to have a brief discussion. This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the program and to speak about any specific needs or intentions you have in approaching the MBSR course.

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Mary McIntyre B.A.(Business), Dip. Counselling MAIPC
  Mary came to appreciate the clinical application of mindfulness through her own search for relief of the anxiety of persistent chronic back pain. She subsequently completed MBSR professional training with Openground . Mary has practiced meditation since 1988. With a strong interest in mind-body science and brain plasticity, she is passionate about how we can achieve optimal health through inner resources. She is a therapist in private practice.
