Melbourne Mindfulness Practice Groups

At the end of the eight week MBSR course most people feel the desire to continue engaging in the practice with some support. Your teacher will be able to let you know what options are available in your area.

We offer ongoing mindfulness practice groups in Melbourne. These are drop in groups so there is no need to register. The price to attend is $20 per session.
